Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright for web application testing. The candidate will be responsible for developing automation scripts, executing test cases, and ensuring software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Automate web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Identify, document, and track defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams.
• Prepare test plans, test cases, and execution reports.
Required Skills:
• 8+ years of experience in QA and software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and defect management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
