 15+ years in program management, business operations, supply chain analytics
 Proven ability to drive XFN workstreams, coordinate across multiple teams, chase inputs, and unblock dependencies.
 Strong stakeholder management, comfortable pushing senior leads for deliverables and decisions.
 Data-literate, proficient in SQL, comfortable with data analysis, can QA datasets and build reports.
 Experience with data validation and governance workflows.
 Excellent at structured communication, including status updates, escalations, and decision documents.
 Self-directed, thrives with ambiguity, and can define processes where none exist.
