Position Summary
 
The Lead Adobe Workfront Product Owner is responsible for defining and driving the Adobe Workfront product vision, roadmap, governance, and adoption strategy across the organization. This role partners with business stakeholders, PMOs, marketing, creative, technology, and operations teams to optimize workflows, improve operational efficiency, and maximize value from the Adobe Workfront platform.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the Adobe Workfront product roadmap and strategic direction.
  • Define product vision, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize business requirements and enhancement requests.
  • Manage and groom the Workfront product backlog.
  • Align platform capabilities with organizational goals and business processes.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.
  • Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather requirements.
  • Drive executive level discussions on platform adoption and process improvements.
  • Present roadmap updates, business value, and platform performance metrics.
Workfront Platform Governance
  • Establish governance standards and best practices for Adobe Workfront.
  • Define and maintain user roles, permissions, groups, and access controls.
  • Ensure platform compliance, security, and data governance.
  • Manage release planning and adoption of new Adobe Workfront features.
Process Optimization & Automation
  • Design and optimize business workflows, request queues, approval processes, templates, and custom forms.
  • Drive automation initiatives using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and resource utilization.
  • Standardize intake, project execution, and reporting processes across business units.
Agile Product Management
  • Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
  • Define user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with development and support teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Ensure successful delivery of platform enhancements and integrations.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting.
  • Track adoption, productivity, resource utilization, and project performance metrics.
  • Use data driven insights to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Integration & Ecosystem Management
  • Oversee integrations between Adobe Workfront and:
     
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  •  
    • Adobe Creative Cloud
  •  
    • CRM Platforms
  •  
    • ERP Systems
  •  
    • Collaboration Tools
  •  
    • Other Enterprise Applications
  •  
  • Partner with technical teams to design scalable integration solutions.
